Padma Lakshmi is a mother who is proud of her body and will not let her feel guilty by wearing swimsuits on the beach. On September 1st, a mother celebrated her birthday on Instagram, and on vacation she posted a photo of her string bikini wearing a pink geometric pattern. She added a very positive message about this body to her post.

“It takes time to develop as a person. Sometimes in the entertainment industry, I don’t think we give women the opportunity. Men become dignified and women become ‘old news’. In fact, I feel better about my body now, Even in breastfeeding, gravity, etc. is better than when I was in my 20s,” the actress wrote. “I’m not as full of insecurity as I used to. I eat very well, licking my ass in the gym. My family life and my career have done a good job, I learned to thank me for what I have. Instead of focusing on what I don’t do. Years of learning and growth.”
